Shipping policy

We ship throughout New Zealand. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery usually taking 2–5 business days. Rural deliveries may take longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or incorrect address details. Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe.
