Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking any services with MO Nails and Lashes, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and technician.

Please ensure that all information provided when making a booking is accurate and up to date.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost. Repeated no-shows may require full or partial payment before another appointment can be confirmed.

Services & Results

We strive to deliver the best possible results. However, individual results may vary depending on factors such as natural nail or lash condition, skin sensitivity, lifestyle and aftercare.

Clients should follow all aftercare instructions provided by our technicians to achieve the best and longest-lasting results.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and may be changed without prior notice.

Full payment is required at the time the service is completed unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Promotions and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions, availability and expiry dates.

Liability

Clients must inform us about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications or previous adverse reactions that may affect the service before their appointment begins.

MO Nails and Lashes is not responsible for allergic reactions or other adverse outcomes resulting from a client’s failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable New Zealander consumer laws.
